Olga Keith

Manager and Assistant Instructor

Olga is senior assistant instructor at Dynamic Full Contact Club. Olga began the study of Kodokan Judo in the spring of 2000 under the instruction of Yuzo Kato and Larry Keith. She aided Keith Sensei in his first Russian seminar in the summer of 2001. She and Larry were married in April of 2002. In November of 2002 she became assistant instructor under Keith Sensei at Dynamic Judo and Grappling. Olga was a gold medallist in the 2003 State Games of Oregon Judo tournament. She is also the main instructor for the DFCC Women's Fit-Defense Program. Olga has been training in Pankration since 2002 and plays an important part in the training of our DFCC Pankration team. In June of 2004, she returned to Siberia with Keith Sensei for the Children of Asia World Games. Olga has been a key element in setting up and maintaining the international relationship between Dynamic Full Contact Club in the U.S. and Russia.

Olga Keith has 7 years experience in Kodokan Judo and no gi submission grappling
She is a direct student of Kodokan Judo instructor Yuzo Kato and was a 2003 Oregon State Games gold medalist.
She has served as tournament coordinator for the last 3 Dynamic Submission Grappling Championships.
