If you are looking to get fit and learn true martial arts skills, this is the class for you.
Every class is split into three segments.
Segment One: Aerobic Kickboxing--We put on the music and get the heart rate up and burn some calories.
Segment Two: Drills--The focus on this segment is for developing real punching and kicking skills by using tools suck as focus mitts, heavy bags, and other striking pads.
Segment Three: Self Defense--This is the segment that teaches real world self defense tactics and strategies. It includes escapes from holds, joint locking techniques, and precision strikes.
The Women's MMA Fitness class is taught by Dynamic MMA co-founder Olga Keith and Dynamic MMA competition team member Ashley Yraguen.
