Dynamic Full Contact Club or DFCC was officially founded in November of 2002. DFCC operates as a traditional Japanese style dojo enabling students to learn the etiquette, terminology, and discipline passed down from the Samurai of Japan.
DFCC founder, Larry Keith has over 25 years experience in various martial arts and is an internationally recognized black belt instructor of Kodokan Judo, Russian Sambo, and Shotokan Karate. It is via this experience that he became the founder of the DFCC Pankration style of fighting that has quickly propelled DFCC athletes into becoming some of the most respected combatants in the Pacific Northwest.
Our methods of training and highly knowledgable instructors offer a tried and true path to martial arts success for you. It does not matter if you wish to train for fitness, competition, or as a hobby, if you want to be the best, you must train with the best. Simply stated, we are that.
Mixed Martial Arts and Submission Wrestling are the fastest growing sports in the world. Judo has been an Olympic sport since 1964 and is currently the most practiced martial art in the world.

Currently DFCC offers adult classes (13 and over) for Kodokan Judo, Pankration MMA, and MMA style Women's Fit-Defense. We also offer classes for kids 5-12. These classes include Kodokan Judo and Pankration MMA.
DFCC is dedicated to helping you fulfill your martial arts goals. We have internationally recognized instructors and veteran MMA, Judo, Sambo, BJJ, and submission wrestling practitioners to help you achieve your martial arts goals.
